Who is AW?

Andre Williams

I won the Doak Walker Award as a 2,000-yard rusher at Boston College, and finished as a Heisman finalist. The Giants took me in the fourth round in 2014.

But after the last snap of my pro football career, after injury, and fatherhood, I had to learn how to train for myself and my family, without a team or a gym.

AW Fitness Club is what I built on the other side of that.
