The Perfectly Proportioned Plate
Most parents don't struggle with eating because they don't care. They've been handed the wrong job. Apps and formulas turn dinner into math, and math at the table with your family is a tax nobody can pay every night.
The Perfectly Proportioned Plate is the method I give parents to build dinner by sight. Your hand tells you how much, and the plate tells you how it fits together, so it works without counting anything or opening an app.
What's inside:
- The four hand measures for protein, vegetables and fruit, starch, and fats
- Three plate splits for everyday, fat loss and training days, and the one lever that moves between them
- The order to eat in on nights you're not that hungry
- A plate to build at dinner tonight, measured out by hand
